SmarterProctoring and in-person Testing Centers
SmarterProctoring is a service that connects students to institution approved proctors in your area. Testing centers approved or facilitated by your school will be listed for selection on your dashboard.
Students are responsible for scheduling their exam as early as possible in order to secure an available time slot. If no time slots are available, this is a result of the testing center being completely booked.
SmarterProctoring only connects students to proctors and unfortunately we cannot create additional time slots. If you are unable to find a time slot in any of your available testing centers, please reach out to SmarterProctoring support at email@example.com or you may use the button located at the bottom of the SmarterProctoring dashboard. We can reach out to your instructor on your behalf to request an accommodation to extend the scheduling window.
Quick start guide
Within the first few days of each course start date It is critical that you :
- Login to SmarterProctoring for each course that you are enrolled in.
- Report any issues that you experience to our SmarterProctoring Support team so they have the opportunity to resolve the issue well in advance of your exams.
Additional Info. for Students:
- Schedule exams that are posted to your dashboard as early as possible to ensure that you can secure a time slot with your selected testing center.
- Make sure to read any correspondence sent to you by the testing center that you have scheduled with.
- On the day of your exam be sure to bring your identification. For details on the identification requirements please reach out to the testing center that you selected.
- Please remember to update your location in the event of a move. The proctors and testing center locations shown under for your exam are based on the location you set in your SmarterProctoring profile. To change your location, click your name at the top right side of the your SmarterProctoring dashboard and select "settings".
- You may use the button located at the bottom of the SmarterProctoring student dashboard to connect our support team by chat or email.
