You are unable to navigate back to a previous ID verification or Room Scan step and you want to correct an error or redo either of those steps.
As long as you have not completed onboarding and proceeded past the All Set page to enter the exam, you can close the active tab or stop your proctoring session and restart the onboarding procedure for your current exam.
If your exam has already started, do NOT close your exam window as your active session will now count as an exam attempt. Once you complete the onboarding process and receive the All Set message, you can audibly explain the reason, present your ID, and or do your room scan. Your instructor will hear your explanation upon review of the proctored video and see the proper ID / room scan that you performed during this time.
