Our development team is currently working on the Continuous Roster Synching Feature so it has been disabled at this time. In the interim, students will appear in your SmarterProctoring Roster once they have logged into SmarterProctoring through your course. (Each student onboarding into each course through SmarterProctoring prior to taking any exams is already a best practice)
If you have students that are listed in your LMS that are not listed in SmarterProctoring, it is because they have not logged into SmarterProctoring under your specific course.
