Reasons you should be Canceling Sessions
1. The student called/messaged ahead of their session and told you they would not be making that pre-arranged date/time.
2. The student was a no-show for their appointment.
3. The ability to test the student is no longer available. (EX. Personal reasons or weather-related issues)
WHY CANCEL THE SESSION?
- Canceling the session will allow the student to reschedule for a different date and time. Without canceling the session, the student cannot reschedule and may miss the testing window.
How to Cancel a Session in SmarterProctoring
1. Log into your SmarterProctoring Proctor Account.
2. Click on View All Sessions on the main screen.
3. Find the session that you need to cancel. Click on the View Session button on the right side of the screen.
4. A new window will appear and you will want to click on Cancel Session at the bottom of that window.
