Prior to your exam's scheduled start date, you may click the reschedule button and select a new time slot. Doing so will transfer your funds from your original appointment to the updated appointment as long as you select the same proctoring service; ie ProctorU or Examity.
If you do not see a reschedule button, you will need to cancel the exam. Once an exam is cancelled a refund is issued automatically. It may take up to 10 business days for you to receive the refund depending on your bank.
Please Note: Support agents cannot see additional time slots while an exam is scheduled. For an agent to see additional time slots, he/she must first cancel the exam for the student. We make no guarantee that there will be time slots available if we take this course of action. We also make no guarantee that the time slot you have now will still be available.
